Applications: |Suitable for use in Immunoblotting (western or dot blot), ELISA, Immunoperoxidase electron microscopy, and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications have not been tested.||Recommended Dilution: |ELISA: 1:4000-1:20,000|Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.||Label: |Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP)||Storage and Stability:|Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile dH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Note: Sodium azide is a potent inhibitor of peroxidase and should not be added to HRP conjugates.
