This gene encodes the beta-subunit of glucosidase II, an N-linked glycan-processing enzyme in the endoplasmic reticulum (ER). This protein is an acidic phospho-protein known to be a substrate for protein kinase C. Mutations in this gene have been associated with the autosomal dominant polycystic liver disease (PCLD). Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms have been observed.||Intended Use:|This BioAssay™ IP-WB antibody pair set comes with one antibody for immunoprecipitation and another to detect the precipitated protein in western blot.||Specificity:|Recognizes human. ||Kit Components:|1. Antibody pair for IP: rabbit polyclonal anti-PRKCSH (300ul)|2. Antibody pair for WB: mouse purified polyclonal anti-PRKCSH (50ug)||Applications: |Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation. Other applications not tested.||Recommended Dilution:|Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.||Storage and Stability:|Store powder at 4°C liquid at -20°C. Store other components at 4°C. Stable for at least 6 months For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
