Recombinant Human TNF RII (Mammalian, C-6His) Structure
Synonym:

Tumor Necrosis Factor Receptor II; TNFRSF1B

Quality Control & Documentation
Biological Activity

Recombinant Human TNF RII belongs to the TNFR (tumor necrosis factor receptor) superfamily characterized by cysteine-rich extracellular domains. TNFRII is strongly expressed at the cartilage-pannus junction, and plays a major role in a subset of families with multiple cases of rheumatoid arthritis (RA). This receptor mediates most of the metabolic effects of TNF-alpha function by antagonizing its biological activity.

Recombinant Human Tumor Necrosis Factor Receptor II expressed the target gene encoding Leu23-Asp257 with a 6His tag at the C-terminus.

The ED50 of Recombinant Human TNF RII (C-6His) is 0.212 ug/ml.
