MaxLight™650 is a new Far-IR stable dye conjugate comparable to Alexa Fluor™647, DyLight™649, Cy5™ and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection. Absorbance (655nm); Emission (676nm); Extinction Coefficient 250,000. ||CD44 is a cell-surface glycoprotein involved in cell-cell interactions, cell adhesion and migration. It is a receptor for hyaluronic acid (HA) and can also interact with other ligands, such as osteopontin, collagens, and matrix metalloproteinases (MMPs). This protein participates in a wide variety of cellular functions including lymphocyte activation, recirculation and homing, hematopoiesis, and tumor metastasis.||Applications:|Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry, Immunofluorescence, Flow Cytometry (Not Tested), FLISA||Recommended Dilution:|FLISA: 1:1,000|Immunofluorescence: 1:10-50||Storage and Stability:|Store product at 4°C in the dark.
