This exosome isolation BioAssay™ kit provides a simple and reliable method to extract intact exosomes from the cell supernatant. It is suitable for the isolation of exosomes from the supernatant of a variety of cells. And the exosomes isolated by this kit are comparable to ultracentrifugation with High Purity and High Yield. Moreover, this kit is simple to use and no equipment requirement.||Background:|Exosomes are a type of extracellular vesicles secreted by cells that contain a variety of RNA, proteins, and phospholipids with a diameter of about 30-150nm. It is abundant in cell culture supernatants and body fluids (milk, serum, semen, plasma, saliva, urine, amniotic fluid, cerebrospinal fluid, etc.). Exosomes play an important role in the transfer of material and information between cells.||Intended Use:|Exosomes isolated by this product can be used in Transmission Electron Microscopy, Nanoparticle tracking analysis, NanoFCM analysis, Western Blot, Fluorescence, Quantitative PCR (qPCR), High-Throughput Sequencing, etc. ||Kit Advantages:|High production|High purity|High efficiency|Easy operation|Intact vesicle structure|No requirement for equipment (ultracentrifugation is unnecessary)||Kit Components (2Tests/10Tests):|Reagent A 300ul/1.5ml|Reagent B 1 tube/5 tubes|Reagent C 100ul/500ul|Reagent D 2ml/ 7.5ml|Reagent E 25ml/2x45ml|Reagent F 2ml/5ml||Storage and Stability:|Store at -20°C.
