| :: | Intended Use: This product is a specialist coating buffer for use in Direct and Indirect (sandwich) ELISA assay development. This product is designed to stabilise the coating protein and maximise the adsorption of the protein to polystyrene plates. By stabilizing the adsorbed protein the antigenic regions are preserved allowing greater binding reactivity and enhanced specific signal. This product contains an antimicrobial agent that will suppress bacterial growth for up to 3 months when stored at room temperature. Preservative: 0.5% - Sodium Azide | ||||||||||
| Reconstitution and Storage | Store at +4oC or at room temperature if preferred. This product should be stored undiluted. Should this product contain a precipitate, heat gently unitil dissolved. Do not boil. | ||||||||||
