SNRPD3 is a small nuclear ribonucleoprotein (snRNPs) that comprises the spliceosome in eukaryotes. It is required for pre-mRNA splicing and small nuclear ribonucleoprotein biogenesis. Alternative splicing occurs at this locus and two transcript variants encoding the same protein have been identified.||Recombinant corresponding to aa1-126 from human SNRPD3, fused to His-tag at N-terminal expressed in E.coli.||Amino Acid Sequence:|MGSSHHHHHH SSGLVPRGSH MSIGVPIKVL HEAEGHIVTC ETNTGEVYRG KLIEAEDNMN CQMSNITVTY RDGRVAQLEQ VYIRGSKIRF LILPDMLKNA PMLKSMKNKN QGSGAGRGKA AILKAQVAAR GRGRGMGRGN IFQKRR ||Molecular Weight:|~16kD (MALDI-TOF)||Storage and Stability:|May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
