Homo sapiens, human Liver Epithelial Adherent aneuploid; modal number = 70 Male, 24 years of age, Asian AddexBio-formulated RPMI-1640 Medium (C0004-01) + 10% FBS Split sub-confluent cultures (70-80%) at a subcultivation ratio of 1:3 to 1:6 is recommended. Subculture at higher cell density is recommended. Culture at 5% CO2, 37°C.
