These preparations contain genomic DNA extracted from defined microorganisms at low culture passage number. The DNA starting material is analyzed with standardized methods to determine the DNA’s integrity and quantity. The final DNA extract is partially sequenced to confirm the species’ identity.

Recommended Use

Genomic DNA extracts are required for analyzing the specificity of new assays. Genomic DNA extracts are intended for research use only. The use for clinical diagnostics or testing of human samples is not recommended.
