Applications:|Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation and Immunocytochemistry. Other applications have not been tested.||Recommended Dilutions:|Western Blot: 0.5-1ug/ml detected histone H3on 10ug of Colemid treated HeLa acid extract. Colemid treated HeLa acid was resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to PVDF and probed with H5110-14B. Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-rabbit secondary antibody (HRP) and a chemiluminescence detection system.|Immunoprecipitation: 10ug specifically immunoprecipitated phosphorylated histone H3 from HeLa acid extract and Colcemid treated HeLa acid extracted RIPA lysate.|Immunocytochemistry: 1:500 detected Histone H3 in HeLa and A431 cells.|Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.||Recommended Secondary Antibodies:|I1904-47H: IgG, H&L (HRP) Pab GtxRt|I1904-47N: IgG, H&L, X-Adsorbed (HRP) Pab GtxRt|I1904-47T: IgG, H&L (HRP) Pab GtxRt|I1904-50T1: IgG, H&L (HRP) Pab GtxRt|I1904-50U1: IgG H&L, X-adsorbed (HRP) Pab GtxRt|I1904-40D: IgG, H&L (FITC) Pab Gt xRb|I1904-41: IgG, X-Adsorbed (FITC) Pab Gt xRb |I1904-46N: IgG, H&L (FITC) Pab Gt xRb||Storage and Stability:|Store product at 4°C if to be used immediately within two weeks. For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable at -20°C for 12 months after receipt. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Note: Sodium azide is a potent inhibitor of peroxidase and should not be added to HRP conjugates. |For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. ||Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
