PCR Super Mix

PCR Super Mix is a 2X concentrated solution containing Mg²⁺, dNTPs, and recombinant thermostable DNA Polymerase at concentrations sufficient to allow reliable amplification of nucleic acid templates during PCR. Each 100 rxns is provided in 2 × 1.25 ml vials.

Storage	May be stored undiluted at 4 °C for up to 3 months. For long-term storage, store at -20 °C. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
Stability	The enzyme maintains the same performance even when stored at 37 °C after 21 days.

Note	This product is for research use only.
Directions for use	Recommended Procedure: Shake reagents gently before use to avoid foaming. Low-speed centrifugation is recommended to ensure complete recovery of vial contents prior to use. Set up reaction tube on ice. Add 25 µl 2X PCR Super Mix, primers (200 nM final concentration per primer is recommended) and DNA template to the tube. The total volume in the tube should be 50 µl. Mix, and if required, cover with mineral or silicone oil. Replace the lid/cap on the reaction tubes and load into the thermal cycler. Run the cycling program.
