Y27632 is an inhibitor of Rho-associated kinase (ROCK) which is widely used to enhance survival of dissociated PSCs. It is common to supplement cell culture medium with 10 µM of ROCK Inhibit or during cell passage or while establishment of spheroids during the first 24 hours.
