Product Description
Goat polyclonal antibody raised against mouse IgG F(ab')2 fragment. This secondary antibody generated in goat recognizes the dimeric Fab portion of the mouse IgG molecule. The antibody is conjugated with Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP).

IgG F(ab')2. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Peroxidase, anti-goat serum, mouse IgG, mouse IgG F(ab')2 and mouse serum. No reaction was observed against mouse IgG F(c).

This antibody is an IgG fraction antibody purified from monospecific antiserum by a multi-step process which includes delipidation, salt fractionation and ion exchange chromatography followed by extensive dialysis against the buffer stated below.

Lyophilized from 0.02 M potassium phosphate, 0.15 M sodium chloride, pH 7.2 (10 mg/mL BSA (immunoglobulin and protease free), 0.01% (w/v) gentamicin sulfate). Do NOT add sodium azide!
Storage Instruction
Store vial at 4°C prior to restoration.
After reconstitution with 2.0 mL deionized water (or equivalent), aliquot contents and freeze at -20°C or below for extended storage.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Centrifuge product if not completely clear after standing at room temperature. This product is stable for several weeks at 4°C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. - Applications
