Crotalaria juncea (CJL) (DyLight®488)

Dylight 488 can be used to visualize the binding pattern of Crotalaria juncea Lectin (CJL) in cellular imaging and flow cytometry. DyLight 488 is a green-fluorescent dye that works over a broad pH range (pH 4-9). Do Not Freeze. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
