Agarose Bead, Aminoethyl 4BCL, Very Low Density

Very Low Density Aminoethyl 4BCL allows a covalent binding of agarose to carboxy group amino acids of the target ligand. This product is adequate to work in batch or column purifications (Low Pressure). The resin has a low content of amino groups (3- 6umoles diaminoethyl/ml gel) providing a very good option to conjugate affinity ligands without distorting the target ligand.
