Total protein lysates were prepared by Total Protein Extraction Kit (Cat# P9087).||Quality Control|1. The isolated protein pattern on SDS-PAGE gel is visualized by Coomassie blue staining, the pattern is consistent with each lot.|2. The isolated protein is analyzed by Western Blot using an antibody to GAPDH for total protein.||Storage and Stability: |Store the protein lysate at -70°C for long term storage. After the protein is thawed,|store it at 2-8°C for continuous use. Avoid freeze and thaw cycles. Stable for 6 months.
