Useful in the identification of leukemias, plasmacytomas and certain non-Hodgkin’s lymphomas. The most common feature of these malignancies is the restricted expression of a single light chain class. Demonstration of clonality in lymphoid infiltrates indicates that the infiltrate is clonal and therefore malignant. Immunoglobulin bearing Kappa light chains are present on about 60% of normal B lymphocytes.||Applications:|Suitable for use in Turbidimetry. Other applications not tested.||Recommended Dilution:|Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.||Recommended Secondary Antibodies:|Rabbit Anti Goat IgG (Fc) FITC, HRP||Storage and Stability:|May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
