Histopathology / Cytopathology

Histology, literally "tissue science", includes a number of techniques aimed at studying tissues by microscopy (optics, fluorescence or electronics).

 

We offer a wide range of products for different histology techniques:

• Tissue preparation: Fixation, dehydration and rehydration, mounting media, immersion oils, inclusion and dewaxing
• Staining for microscopy: classical staining (Hematoxylin, Masson Trichrome, Papanicolaou staining), special staining (Detection of bacteria: Gram stain, Ziehl staining, Whartin-Starry staining, Lipid inclusions Diffusion of oils (O red Oil)
• Immunohistochemistry, a method of locating proteins in a tissue section by detecting an antigen with a specific antibody labeled with an enzyme (HRP or AP): Primary and secondary antibodies, normal sera, Detection kits (Avidin / Biotin and polymers), buffers and reagents (blocking, unmasking ...), substrates (AEC, DAB)
