With the 4-well Culture-Insert, a wound healing experiment and a control experiment can be performed at the same time. Control cells can be pre-treated with any type of treatment (e.g. drugs, plasmids, mRNA or viral particles).

 

By seeding up to four different cell types, it is possible to analyse the invasiveness of adherent cells. The non-invasive cell types can be grown next to each other, sharing the same medium. This co-culture allows cells to communicate and share factors for differentiation studies or long-term culture.
