Culture supports for microscopy - µ-dishes 35 mm low
A 35mm imaging culture dish with a polymer bottom and low walls for high end microscopy and micromanipulation.
Features:
- Low wall cell culture dish for large access area for micromanipulation testing.
- Cells are observed on a microscopy culture dish with a 180 µm thick No. 1.5 ibidi polymer bottom which has the best optical quality and ensures optimal cell adhesion.
- Lid equipped with a locking device that minimises evaporation
- Made from biocompatible material using no glue, so no cells are damaged.
- No autofluorescence
Applications
- Cell manipulation and micro-injection
- Fluorescence microscopy of live or fixed cells
- Imaging of living cells
- Suitable for differential interference contrast (DIC) microscopy, when used with the special DIC cover.
All ibidi µ-Dishes are equipped with a lid with a locking device. The locking position minimises evaporation and thus provides excellent conditions for long-term studies in a non-humidified environment. Gas exchange (carbon dioxide or oxygen) during cell culture is maintained by the gas-permeable plastic material.
