The µ-Slide III 3in1 is designed for flow assays with different liquids merging into a single channel. It can be connected to a pump and allows cells to be observed under switchable flow conditions. The design allows stable concentration profiles to be generated in the main channel, for example for chemotactic assays. The microfluidic system can generate spatially and temporally controlled concentration gradients.
