EZLys™ reagents for cellular lysis
The EZLys reagents provide efficient cell lysis in several systems and help to overcome the drawbacks of traditional cell lysis methods like cumbersome equipment, long protocols, low reproducibility, denatured samples, low yields and protein aggregation.
EZLys reagents provide the following advantages:
- Detergent based : no protein damaging, mechanical stress or disruptive forces
- Extracted proteins can be used directly with numerous applications : functional assays, Western blotting, ELISA, FACS, Dot Blot, Immunoprecipitation
- EZLys reagents can be removed from samples by simple dialysis or spin purification
