Description
Bovine serum albumin (BSA) is the most abundant protein in bovine plasma. BSA is produced in the liver, has a molecular mass of 66.4 kDa and its concentration in bovine plasma or serum is 35-50 g/L. This antibody reacts strongly with BSA, cross-reacts about 25% with human serum albumin but shows no cross-reaction with rabbit serum albumin. Its crossreactivity with albumins from other species has not been tested.
