CDCA8 is a component of a chromosomal passenger complex required for stability of the bipolar mitotic spindle (Gassmann et al., 2004 [PubMed 15249581]).||Applications:|Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry, Indirect Flow Cytometry, ELISA||Recommended Dilution:|ELISA: 1:1,000|Western Blot: 1:50-100|Immunohistochemistry: 1:10-50|Indirect Flow Cytometry: 1:10-50||Storage and Stability:|May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
