Applications: |Suitable for use in Western Blot, Dot Blot, ELISA and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications have not been tested.||Recommended Dilution: |ELISA: 1:1000-1:2000. Coat with 1ug of Mouse IgG in a standard capture ELISA using pNPP p-nitrophenyl phosphate NPP-10 as a substrate for 30 minutes at RT.|Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.||Label: |Alkaline Phosphatase|Source: |Calf Intestine||Molecular Weight: |140,000D||Storage and Stability:|Store product at 4°C.
