Serum, Human, Troponin I Free

Preparation:|Gel for affinity column was prepared by coupling anti-troponin I monoclonal antibodies (several monoclonal antibodies specific to the N-,C-terminal and central parts of the troponin I molecule) with BrCN-activated Sepharose CL 4B.||Analysis:|According to ELISA testing Troponin I free serum does not contain more than 0.03mg/ml of human TnI.||Applications:|Troponin I free serum can be used for preparation of human cardiac troponin I standards and calibrators.||Storage and Stability:|For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
