Angiotensin Converting Enzyme (ACE, CD143) (PE)

Applications:|Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry, Immunocytochemistry, Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation and ELISA. Other applications have not been tested.||Recommended Dilution:|Immunohistochemistry: 1:1000 on fresh frozen or 4% paraformaldehyde fixed tissues. Does not work on paraffin embedded tissue. |Immunocytochemistry: 1:100. Reacts with endothelial cell, macrophages (activated) and THP1 cells (monocyte line). |Western Blot: 1:100|Immunoprecipitation: 1:1000-1:10,000 |ELISA: 1:1000|Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. ||Storage and Stability:|Store product at 4°C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: PE conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. ||Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
