CD14 is a cell surface antigen. It is expressed strongly by most peripheral blood monocytes and weakly on granulocytes.||Applications:|Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested.||Recommended Dilutions:|Flow Cytometry: Neat-1:10, Use 10ul to label 10e6 cells or 100ul whole blood.|Optimal dilutions to be determined by researcher.||Storage and Stability:|Store product at 4°C before and after reconstitution. DO NOT FREEZE! Reconstitute lyophilized powder with sterile ddH2O prior to use and store remainder as an undiluted liquid. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. Caution: PE conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
