CD19 is a 95kD type I transmembrane glycoprotein also known as B4. It is a member of the immunoglobulin superfamily expressed on B-cells (from pro-B to blastoid B cells, absent on plasma cells) and follicular dendritic cells. CD19 is involved in B cell development, activation, and differentiation. CD19 forms a complex with CD21 (CR2) and CD81 (TAPA-1), and functions as a BCR co-receptor.||Applications: |Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested.||Recommended Dilution:|Flow Cytometry: 2ul or 5ul of antibody/test (million cells in 100ul staining volume or per 100ul of whole blood).|Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.||Storage and Stability:|May be stored at 4°C. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at 4°C. Do not freeze. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. PerCP conjugates are sensitive to light.
