| Reconstitution | Add 1 g of Giemsa stain dye in 66 ml glycerin. Mix well and warm to 60 °C for 2 hours to dissolve. Add 66 ml methanol and mix well to prepare the Giemsa stain stock solution. Prior to use, dilute 10-fold with PBS (pH 6.8). |
