Immunoprecipitation of Bosc23 cell lysates using HA tag (7H5) \r\nMonoclonal Antibody (bsm-50131M): Lane 1 : Bosc23 cell lysate transfected with HA\/HSP60; Lane 2: Precipitated from 200ug Bosc23 transfected with HA\/HSP60 using 5ug of antibody; Lane 3 : Precipitated from PBS using 5ug of antibody; WB analysis was performed using bsm-50131M at 0.1ug\/mL (1:10000) and incubated at 4\u2103 overnight, followed secondary antibody incubation for 60min at Room Temperature.

| Background | Plasmid vectors for the expression of coding regions of eukaryotic genes in bacterial, insect and mammalian hosts are in common usage.
