Biological Activity
Genus: Human
Expression system: E.coli
Purity: >96% by SDS-PAGE and HPLC analysis
Endotoxin: rHuCTACK/CCL27 is less than 0.1EU/µg as determined by LAL method
Molecular weight: about 10.1 kDa, a non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 88 amino acids
Storage and stability: Use a manually defrosted refrigerator and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. 12 months from date of receipt, -20 to -70 °C, supplied as is. 1 month, reconstituted at 2 to 8 °C under sterile conditions. 3 months, reconstituted at -20 to -70 °C under sterile conditions.
Bioactivity: Fully bioactive compared to standard. Bioactivity was determined by chemotaxis bioassay using CCR10 transfected BaF3 cells in the concentration range of 10-100 ng/ml.
