which subunit of pol II does this antibody recognize? The datasheet says the heptapeptide repeat of the largest subunit of eukaryotic Pol II, but it doesn't say if it's the subunit A, B, C, D, etc. Which one is it? Thanks.
I would like to pull down RNA polymerase II from Nicotiana benthamiana. Will the Pol II Antibody (8WG16) AC work ?
How much Ab is in every tube? The datasheet states "100µg in 1mL PBS per tube", whereas the product description only gives a concentration (200µg/mL). And they are different! Thanks
Will this antibody work against Drosophila ovary sample ?
Is this antibody known to interact with RNAPII regardless of its phosphorylation state?
I want to detect Poll II in my monkey samples. Will this antibody work?
