In vitro
The Solvent/Detergent (SD) minipool treatment is formulated by combining tri-n-butyl phosphate (TnBP) and Triton X-45 in a 1:1 ratio[2]. This treatment effectively eliminates Hepatitis C Virus (HCV) infectivity in plasma containing the virus[2].
