LymphoTranscript for the detection of over 50 fusion transcripts
The genetic of peripheral T-cell lymphoma (PTCL) is intricate, involving numerous recurrent fusion transcripts identified in recent years through high-throughput sequencing. Despite these advancements, an affordable and rapid method for their simultaneous detection in clinical samples remains unavailable. The LymphoTranscript enables the detection of fusion transcripts associated with peripheral T-cell lymphomas in a single test. It is a cost-effective assay. The assay utilizes a ligation-dependent RT-PCR (LD-RT-PCR) method, a semi-quantitative technique that enables the simultaneous analysis of chromosomal translocations and somatic mutations. This is achieved through the use of oligonucleotide probe pairs designed to specifically target each marker. |

Post sequencing analysis After sequencing, the RT-MIS online analysis platform facilitates the automated analysis of FASTQ files. It then generates a list of detected fusions in the biological sample, along with the corresponding quantitative data. RT-MIS also provides the relevant bibliography for these fusions. Thus, RT-MIS offers a simple, fast, and secure solution for users. |
