L'anticorps 26S Proteasome p50 (112) est un anticorps monoclonal IgG2b de souris contre le 26S Proteasome p50 (également appelé anticorps 26S Proteasome p50) qui détecte la protéine 26S Proteasome p50 de Drosophila melanogaster par WB et IP. L'anticorps anti-protéasome 26S p50 (112) est disponible sous forme d'anticorps anti-protéasome 26S p50 non conjugué, ainsi que sous plusieurs formes conjuguées d'anticorps anti-protéasome 26S p50, y compris agarose, HRP, PE, FITC et plusieurs conjugués Alexa Fluor®. Le protéasome 26S est un grand complexe impliqué dans la dégradation intracellulaire des protéines chez les eucaryotes. L'ubiquitination par les E3 ubiquitine ligases cible les protéines pour qu'elles soient dégradées par ce complexe. Le protéasome 26S joue un rôle important dans la régulation de nombreux processus biologiques. Il est composé de plus de 30 sous-unités différentes et contient au moins deux copies de chaque sous-unité. L'assemblage de ce grand complexe est dépendant de l'ATP. En raison de sa taille, il est assez instable et se dissocie souvent en sous-complexes (dont un noyau 20S et deux complexes régulateurs 19S). Le protéasome 26S p50 (également connu sous le nom de Rpt5 chez la levure et S6' chez l'homme) est l'une des six sous-unités de base ATPase du complexe régulateur 19S. Le complexe régulateur 19S reconnaît les protéines ubiquitinées, retire les chaînes d'ubiquitine et transloque les protéines vers le noyau 20S pour les dégrader. Le protéasome 26S p50 est une protéine d'interaction avec la polyubiquitine qui joue un rôle dans la reconnaissance des signaux protéolytiques.
