CD45 (LCA) common leukocyte antigens are members of the T200 glycoprotein complex. CD45 antigen is a protein tyrosine phosphatase. CD45 antigen is present on all human leukocytes and progenitors in bone marrow.||Applications:|Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry and Immunoprecipitation. Other applications not tested.||Recommended Dilution:|Immunohistochemistry: Frozen sections|Immunohistochemistry (paraffin): Does not require antigen retrieval.|Immunohistochemistry (resin): Requires antigen retrieval using heat treatment.|Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. ||Hybridoma: |NS1 myeloma cells with spleen cells from Balb/c mice.||Storage and Stability:|Store product at 4°C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: PE conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.||Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
