Applications:|Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry and Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. ||Recommended Dilution:|Flow Cytometry: 10ul labels 10e6 cells in 100ul|Immunohistochemistry: frozen|Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. ||Hybridoma: |NS0 myeloma cells with spleen cells from Balb/c mice.||Storage and Stability:|Store product at 4°C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
