4°C Do Not FreezeThe intact CCT complex is composed of eight polypeptides in a double-ring structure. CCT is important within cells in aiding the folding of proteins including actin, tubulin and the VHL tumor suppressor protein.||Applications:|Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry and Western Blot. Other applications not tested.||Recommended Dilutions:|Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin): Requires antigen retrieval using heat treatment prior to staining of paraffin sections. |Western Blot: Detects a band of ~60kD under reducing conditions in HeLa cell lysates.|Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.||Positive Control for Immunohistochemistry:|Human prostate||Storage and Stability:|Store product at 4°C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: APC conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.||Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
