ProteoSEC resins are preparative grade resins with high cross-linking performance. It is a filtration gel based on agarose designed for the preparative purification of biological molecules. Gel filtration is an efficient technique widely used for the separation of molecules depending on their size.

The 6-5000 kDa HR resin is a resin with a separation range of 6 to 5000 kDa. This resin is therefore intended for preparative purification of high molecular weight biological molecules.

The resin has been optimised for ideal bead diameter and size distribution to allow high efficiency, good flow and good capacity.
