Agarose SERVA for PCR is a high-purity agarose for analytical and preparative electrophoresis of PCR and small DNA fragments with a separation range between > 40 bp and < 1000 bp.
Low gel background - even for highly concentrated gels - low DNA binding, and low EEO enables high resolution separation of very small fragments.
Gene technology grade, therefore not only suitable for molecular biology methods such as blotting, cloning, restriction enzyme analyses, sequencing, etc., but as well for recovery of DNA fragments for further modifications (restriction analysis, ligation reactions).
Agarose SERVA for PCR forms gels of high clarity and selectivity even at higher agarose concentrations. The low binding to staining reagents, both for ethidium bromide and fluorescent dyes such as SERVA DNA Stain Clear G (Cat. No. 39804), results in very low background staining.
