Product Description: 96-Well Plate DNA Cleanup Miniprep Kit: This kit provides a simple, efficient, and automated high toughout method for purification of DNA fragments from variable enzymatic reacions such as cDNA synthesis, ligation, restriction enzyme digestion, tailing, PCR, alkaline phosphatase, nick trnaslation, due teminators products from PCR** reaction mixture. It is also an ideal tool to desalt the solution of DNA as well as to remove residual organic solvents or unincoporated nucleotides or primers (<40-mer) from reaction selectively up to 10µg DNA framnets in the presence of specialized binding buffers. Nucleotides, enzymes, mineral oil and other impurities are washed away. DNA fragments can be eluted readily with Elution Buffer.
