Our Anti-CDY1//2/L1/L2 mouse monoclonal primary antibody from NeuroMab is produced in-house from hybridoma clone N143/36. It detects human CDY1//2/L1/L2, and is purified by Protein A chromatography. It is great for use in ICC.
Testis-specific chromodomain protein Y 1 and Testis-specific chromodomain protein Y 2 are encoded by the genes CDY1 and CDY2A respectively, as well as the autosomal genes known as CDYL 1 and 2 (CDY-like). These protein products contain a chromodomain, involved in chromatin binding, and a histone acetyltransferase catalytic domain. These proteins are expressed ubiquitously in tissues. Diseases associated with CDYL include Chromosome 6Pter-P24 Deletion Syndrome.
