Capture antibody, EB13088: Purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide. Supplied at 0.5 mg/ml in Tris saline, 0.02% sodium azide, pH7.3 with 0.5% bovine serum albumin. Aliquot and store at -20°C. Minimize freezing and thawing.
Detection antibody, CR3022, Ab01680-10.0: Protein A affinity Purified HRP-conjugated antibody, Size: 200 µg. Supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS, 50% Glycerol. Store at 4°C for up to 3 months. For longer storage, aliquot and store at -20°C. Minimize freezing and thawing.
