Other applications not tested.||Recommended Dilutions:|Western Blot: 1:500 detected PP1 beta in 10ug of HeLa lysates, Jurkat lysates, RAW 264 lysates, HEK293 lysates, NIH/3T3 lysates, C2C12 lysates, PC12 lysates, A431 lysates and HepG2 lysates. |Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin): 1:100 detected PP1 beta in normal human testis. Tissue was pretreated with citrate buffer, pH 6.0. |Immunoprecipitation: 10-15ug/ml|Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.||Storage and Stability:|Store product at 4°C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: PE conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. ||Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
