4°C Do Not FreezeThe human CCR8 chemokine receptor is a member of the rhodopsin superfamily of G protein-coupled receptors that span the cell membrane with seven hydrophobic transmembrane domains. CCR8, also known as TER1, ChemR1, and CKR-L1, is the receptor for the chemokine CCL1 (I-309). Three virally encoded ligands, vMIP-I, vMIP-II and vMCC-I, can also interact with the CCR8 receptor.3 CCR8 expression has been reported on peripheral blood monocytes, thymocytes and on Th2 polarized T cells.||Applications:|Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested.||Recommended Dilutions:|Flow Cytometry: 10ul labels 10e6 using human peripheral blood monocytes and rat peripheral blood cells|Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.||Hybridoma:|Fusion of a mouse myeloma with B cells obtained from a rat immunized with BaF/3 cells transfected with human CCR8.||Absorption: |482nm||Emission: |564nm||Storage and Stability:|Store product at 4°C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Caution: PerCP conjugates are sensitive to light.
