Serve as the entry vector in the PrecisionShuttle system to transfer the ORF sequence into any destination vectors for other tagging options or other expression platforms. V2_F Primer can be used to sequence the target sequence after cloning. XL39_R Primer can be used to sequence the target sequence after cloning.
