Recombinant Human TNF Ligand Superfamily Member 12

TNFSF12 Human Recombinant (94-249 a.a.) produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 156 amino acids and having a total molecular mass of 18kDa.

The TNFSF12 is fused with an 8 amino acids his tag at N-terminal (M-HHHHHH-R, total 164 a.a.) and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Escherichia coli.

Lyophilized from a 0.2μm filtered solution in PBS.

It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized TNFSF12 in sterile 18MΩ-cm H₂O not less than 100µg/ml, which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions.

Lyophilized TNFSF12 although stable at room temperature for 3 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18°C. Upon reconstitution TWEAK should be stored at 4°C between 2-7 days and for future use below -18°C.

For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA).

Greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.

The ED₅₀, as measured in a proliferation assay using HUVECs, is less than 8ng/ml.
