The µ-Slide 2 Well ibidi allows standard immunofluorescence protocols to be used without the use of coverslips in an all-in-one chamber. All steps (e.g. cell culture, fixation, staining and imaging) are performed in the wells. After staining, the sample can be observed through the bottom of the slide using high resolution microscopy. The tight-fitting lid prevents evaporation and allows long-term testing.
