Histologie producten
Histologie, letterlijk "weefselwetenschap", omvat een aantal technieken gericht op het bestuderen van weefsels door middel van microscopie (optica, fluorescentie of elektronica).
We bieden een breed assortiment producten voor verschillende histologische technieken:
- Prepareren van weefsels: Fixatie, dehydratie en rehydratie, inbedmiddelen, immersieoliën, inclusie en dewaxen
- Kleuring voor microscopie: klassieke kleuring (Hematoxyline, Masson Trichrome, Papanicolaou-kleuring), speciale kleuring (detectie van bacteriën: Gramkleuring, Ziehl-kleuring, Whartin-Starry-kleuring, Lipide-inclusies Diffusie van oliën (O-rode olie)
- Immunohistochemie, een methode om eiwitten in een weefselsectie te lokaliseren door een antigeen te detecteren met een specifiek antilichaam dat gelabeld is met een enzym (HRP of AP): Primaire en secundaire antilichamen, normale sera, detectiekits (Avidine / Biotine en polymeren), buffers en reagentia (blokkeren, ontmaskeren ...), substraten (AEC, DAB)
